                                                          -Gordon B. Hinckley

I think what this quote means by this great religious leader is if you really wanna be great at something or if your'e having trouble on like for ex. the guitar you could be very good and to just try your very very BEST!
                                                               Medical Illustrator
Duties and Responsibilities: Medical illustrators are highly skilled artists.  They work strictly in the medical field and create graphics for textbooks, journals, magazines, and educational films.  Their drawings span a wide range from microorganisms to body parts. Some medical illustrators prepare illustrations that aid in research about or creation of artificial body parts.  At times, they are called upon to use modeling skills to create artificial body parts, such as ears, and noses, for patients that are deformed or have undergone some surgeries.

Salary: $35,000-$50,000

Education: Students interested in becoming medical illustrators should take a college preparatory program in high school that emphasizes art and science. In college they should either major in art and minor in science or major in science and minor in art.  Undergraduate science courses should be the same as those required for medical school. The majority of medical illustrators have master's degrees in the field from a program that is accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs. Certification as a medical illustrator requires a graduate degree in medical illustration, a portfolio review, and successful completion of a national examination

Reflection: It’s a very good high-paying job, but I wouldn’t have no interest in doing it. I have other dreams of what I want to be.

Those in large practices tend to specialize in a particular area under the supervision of department administrators. The following are typical duties that CMAs perform (clinical duties may vary according to state law).

My thanksgiving weekend was okay I guess. Slept in, workout, write music, but overall Thanksgiving day was pretty good and awesome. We had  plenty and various selections of food and desserts that day with my family and friends. All that food ended up as leftovers and became food for a whole week. It was just fun and fantastic. I also played drums and guitar along the break and practiced the piano and my new synthenizer. Plus my uncle took me to his job at DC shoe company in huntinting beach , hes a graphic artist, so yea it was fun being there. On the break, every morning I kept waking up at 7 in the morning for some reason (chuckles). After-all it was a good break.
                                                                   Student Success Statement
"Righteous community unity starts with ONE upright soul, whether it is a community of family                   members, students, neighbors, teammates, or business associates. Unity conquers worthy pursuits more         quickly and with less effort than individual effort alone."
                                                                       -Mr. Haymore
Reflection: Very true by my teacher, just something small or special can bring many people together in joy and love. Like a band or a street performer. Something beautiful like that can happen. Like something so little or just something can bring people together in harmony.
                                                                 Home Health Aide
Duties and Responsibilities:  Home health aides make a remarkable difference in the lives of the sick, disabled and elderly. By assisting with personal tasks such as dressing and bathing, and helping to keep homes safe and clean, they allow those who would otherwise need a higher level of care the opportunity to live on their own. They also arrange leisure activities and transportation for clients so that they can remain engaged in their communities. Some states also allow home health aides to administer medication or check vital signs under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. The opportunity to improve the quality of life for those in need through hands-on care and contact is rare indeed, particularly with the low educational threshold required to enter this rewarding field of work

Salary:$20,170

Education: There is no standardized educational requirement for HHAs. In some states, not even a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Other states require HHAs to take preparation classes (usually offered at community colleges or vocational/technical schools) before they begin working .

Reflection: I wouldn’t be one because I could have my mind set on something else. Like trying to pursue another job or professional career.
