My thanksgiving weekend was okay I guess. Slept in, workout, write music, but overall Thanksgiving day was pretty good and awesome. We had  plenty and various selections of food and desserts that day with my family and friends. All that food ended up as leftovers and became food for a whole week. It was just fun and fantastic. I also played drums and guitar along the break and practiced the piano and my new synthenizer. Plus my uncle took me to his job at DC shoe company in huntinting beach , hes a graphic artist, so yea it was fun being there. On the break, every morning I kept waking up at 7 in the morning for some reason (chuckles). After-all it was a good break.

"Righteous community unity starts with ONE upright soul, whether it is a community of family                   members, students, neighbors, teammates, or business associates. Unity conquers worthy pursuits more         quickly and with less effort than individual effort alone."
                                                                       -Mr. Haymore
Reflection: Very true by my teacher, just something small or special can bring many people together in joy and love. Like a band or a street performer. Something beautiful like that can happen. Like something so little or just something can bring people together in harmony.

They also arrange leisure activities and transportation for clients so that they can remain engaged in their communities. Some states also allow home health aides to administer medication or check vital signs under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. The opportunity to improve the quality of life for those in need through hands-on care and contact is rare indeed, particularly with the low educational threshold required to enter this rewarding field of work

Salary:$20,170

Education: There is no standardized educational requirement for HHAs. In some states, not even a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Other states require HHAs to take preparation classes (usually offered at community colleges or vocational/technical schools) before they begin working .

Reflection: I wouldn’t be one because I could have my mind set on something else. Like trying to pursue another job or professional career.

It's better to do something right or something we are being asked to do than to not because we end up suffering and doing the consequences.

For Ex.: You are assigned to do a project, but you decide to just blow it off and not do anything. Soo on that day that is due , your'e in big trouble and you end up getting an F and it will affect you in that class and you end up not passing that class 'cause some people are just slackers and that they don't even do jack or care so they face the consequences when they're older because they didn't pass that class in thier senior year in high school.                                                              "The Sting of the Scorpion"

Judging from the video I just saw , I can reflect a little on that because I am sometimes like that. Witnessing from what happened to the little boy is a lesson and to just do the right because you may never know what can happen to you. Also to listen to those who are knowing and wise and to never be a little rebel and a know-it all.

" Only I can change my life. No one can do it                                   for me."
                                          -Carol Burnett

What I can reflect on this is that it's telling me I make my choices in life, but they have to be good. Nobody can control or change me or my life.

"When I do good, I feel good.
When I do bad, I feel bad."                                                                                                                              -Abraham Lincoln
I think a lot of people can relate to this because we all do a little bad sometimes,                                     'cause we feel it just like Abe says, "I feel" we know it because of our feelings.

Ex. 1.- If people do drugs , then later on they think of what they've done , they feel bad and regret it afterwards.
Ex. 2- If you help someone out or you studied very hard for a test and you get an "A", you feel good about yourself.

Student Success Statement

"You have only always to do what is right.
It will become easier by practice, and you enjoy in the
midst of your trials the pleasure of an approving conscience."

Robert E. Lee

I think to me what this is is saying is to just trust your conscience and do what's right. To choose the right paths to your life and to not end up doing the bad things that'll get you stuck and lost in your life.

"If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true do not say it. "
 -Marcus Aurelius
Reflecting on this to me in away makes me think its saying to think before you act or say something that's      not right. It also makes me think about people who spread rumors or lies.
